Gulp

1. Start command prompt window or terminal and change directory gulp+scss+hbs

   cd gulp+scss+hbs

2. Install via the npm

   npm install

3. For development

   npm run watch

   OR

   gulp watch

4. For build

   npm run build

   OR

   gulp build
